Iteration #1
I decided to bring in the lion from the original logo. Its not my favorite iteration but it got me started and could possibly lead somewhere.
Iteration #2
I pulled away from the lion and focused on a visual of the neighborhood. The simple illustrations were based on actual homes from the neighborhood I even added a pre-remodeled Bancroft.
Iteration #3
I went back to the lion but this time I got more playful with it. It brings in the old element into a new style.
